Im Jahr 2017 wurde Tagetik von Wolters Kluwer übernommen, einem weltweit führenden Anbieter von Informationsdiensten und Lösungen für Fachleute in den Bereichen Finanzen, Gesundheit, Steuern, Buchhaltung, Risiko und Compliance sowie Recht. Als Teil des Geschäftsbereichs Corporate Performance Solutions von Wolters Kluwer konzentriert sich Tagetik (jetzt als CCH Tagetik bekannt) weiterhin auf die Bereitstellung innovativer Lösungen für die Finanzabteilung.

Für unser Marketing-Team in der DACH-Region mit Sitz in München suchen wir einen Marketing Event Specialist (m/w/d) in Vollzeit zur gezielten Unterstützung mit virtuellen und in-Person-Veranstaltungen.

Was Sie erwartet:
- Konzeption, Planung, Durchführung und Nachbereitung von eigenen CCH® Tagetik Veranstaltungen für Kunden, Interessenten und Mitarbeiter in Deutschland und ggf. Unterstützung von entsprechenden Veranstaltungen in Österreich und der Schweiz (live und virtuell)- Unterstützung bei der Planung, Durchführung und Nachbereitung von Drittanbieter-Veranstaltungsformaten (z. B. Konferenzen, Seminare) in Deutschland bei Bedarf und ggf. Unterstützung von entsprechenden Veranstaltungen in Österreich und der Schweiz (live und virtuell)- Konzeption, Planung, Durchführung und Moderation von Webcasts sowie deren Nachbereitung (bspw. Texterstellung zur Bewerbung, Videobearbeitung etc.)- Betreuung von Kooperationspartnern und Sponsoren- Weiterentwicklung unseres Podcast-Formats (Koordination der zuständigen Podcast-Agentur, Abstimmung mit internen Projektleitern und externen Partnern)- Enge Zusammenarbeit und Steuerung der Kollegen sowie externer Partner- Koordination aller (Event-)Dienstleister- Verwalten (Auswahl und Bestellung) von Give Aways, Equipment für Messeausstattung etc.

Ihr Profil- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium in BWL/Marketing/Event Management oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung sowie erste Berufserfahrung- Fundierte MS Office-Kenntnisse (v.a. PowerPoint)- Erste Erfahrungen im Umgang mit Kameras, Videoschnittsoftware (Adobe Premiere) sowie Live-Stream-Setups sind von Vorteil- Fließende Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift- Ausgeprägtes Organisationstalent und hohes Maß an Teamfähigkeit und Koordinationsstärke- Verantwortungsbewusstes Arbeiten und Einhalten von Deadlines- Hohe Dienstleistungsmentalität sowie Einsatzfreude und Flexibilität. Schnelle Auffassungsgabe und sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten- Hands on Mentalität (selbstständiges und eigenverantwortliches Arbeiten)- Reisebereitschaft für unsere Live-Events (ca. 8-10 Mal pro Jahr)
