**We are looking for a **Director** (all genders) to join the **Global Sales** team on our journey to always deliver amazing experiences.**

**Your mission**:

- You work closely with the regional and local leadership teams on driving the sales agenda globally
- You drive the automation and digitalization of the sales processes
- You lead sales acceleration projects
- You deploy sales best practices across regions and markets
- You monitor the execution of sales plans and hold sales performance reviews with markets

**Your heroic skills**:

- You have at least 6 years of experience in tech/ internet company and/or management consulting
- You have excellent leadership and communication skills
- You have great business problem-solving skills and are highly analytically driven
- You have experience in implementing or guiding the implementation of automations to sales processes/ tools
- You have a clear vision of how technology can improve sales processes
- You have experience in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
