**Your role:

**Who you are:
- Master’s degree in business, human resources, marketing, or communications related field
- +5 years of experience in corporate change management or communications
- Proven experience in employee-related topics like engagement, etc.
- Capable of strategic thinking and positioning of strategy topic
- Passion for technology and science, knowledge of the electronics industry is a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and German
- Effective stakeholder management, ability to counsel and lead without authority
- Strong intercultural experience; global experience preferred
