This person will be a strategic partner to both business colleagues and human resources business partners, advising on ways to engage employees through a variety of communications tactics. It is also this person’s responsibility to provide executive communications coaching to business leaders. This includes key message development and implementing creative tactics to ensure those messages are broadly understood. The individual performing in this role will also be as a member of TI’s Employee Communications Forum and will have opportunities to work across organizations on various cross-company employee communications efforts.

**About the Job**:
This role is responsible for employee and corporate communications for TI EMEA, with the goal of attracting and retaining talent via strategic communications campaigns. This person is responsible for creating and executing communications strategies for engaging and educating external audiences, as well as informing employees on organizational strategy, influencing behaviors and managing change.

It is also this person’s responsibility to provide executive communications counsel to organizational leaders. This includes key message development and implementing creative strategies and tactics to ensure those messages are broadly understood. They will be a member of TI’s worldwide Employee Communications Forum and may have opportunities to work across organizations on various cross-company communications efforts.

As part of this role, this person will help to elevate our employer brand in EMEA via talent acquisition brand campaigns. In addition, this person will support the production of corporate content across channels to deliver company news and other engaging content to both internal and external audiences. Finally, this person will help to increase employee engagement and promote a culture of diversity and inclusion within our region via strategic internal campaigns. This includes regular collaboration and consultation with our employee networks and leaders.

**Responsibilities include**:

- Creating effective campaigns to engage audiences around TI’s employer brand; informing employees around organizations strategy, priorities and initiatives. Mapping the right message to the right delivery channel.
- Planning, managing and executing communications strategies to attract and retain talent.
- Partnering with HR to drive communications activities that support employee engagement and ensure employees understand priorities and focus of their organization.
- Counseling leaders on best practices in employee communications and engagement.
- Creating programs that influence employees to be focused and engaged on TI’s priorities and performance, corporate values and culture of diversity and inclusion.

**Minimum requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Human Resources or similar fields of study
- 3 years’ experience

**Preferred qualifications**:

- Employee or corporate communications experience.
- Knowledge of the high-tech industry.
- Approximately 2-5 years or more of related experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in communications, journalism, business or human resources.

- Self-starter ability to develop and manage impactful, scalable communications plans and programs.
- Results-driven.
- Confidence to direct, counsel and influence partners across various organizations.
- Proactive attitude with strong collaboration skills and team-focused mindset.
- Clear, concise communication skills, both written and verbal in English and German where needed.
- Excellent time-management and execution skills to simultaneously drive on-time execution of multiple projects.
- Strong knack for analyzing and acting on analytics (measure, analyze, communicate campaigns).
- Ability to learn web technologies, infrastructure and tools to recommend action based on data.
- Desire to continuously improve in your role.
