Pricing Specialist

The Pricing Special (PS) executes pricing and develops quoting strategies for assigned areas of responsibility which enables sales to achieve revenue and share growth while maximizing TI profit. The PS will use their experience to works collaboratively with Business Units and Price Managers to escalate opportunities with appropriate knowledge of the business case and optimal price target to satisfy win-win outcome. In this role, the PS communicates and coordinates with regional counterparts to streamline processes and strives to achieve worldwide price transparency.

**Minimum requirements**:

- Minimum education (i.e., bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering)
- Minimum of XX years of experience

- Ability to establish strong relationships with key stakeholders critical to success, both internally and externally
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to quickly ramp on new systems and processes
- Demonstrated strong interpersonal, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in teams and collaborate effectively with people in different functions
- Ability to take the initiative and drive for results
- Strong time management skills that enable on-time project delivery
