**Your responsibilities**
- Support the coordination efforts for the preparation of the Sustainability Statement throughout the year. This includes updating text passages, coordinating with internal experts, managing quality, and interfacing with auditors
- Support the development and articulation of Uniper's sustainability reporting ambition, ensuring alignment with corporate goals and industry best practices, and integrate these results into our sustainability reporting
- Improvement of Uniper’s Central Disclosure Database, which forms the basis of Uniper’s sustainability reporting requirements and management
- Audit coordination, including advisory and communication with internal and external stakeholders
- Ensure the Sustainability Statement aligns with the Central Disclosure Database by monitoring and supporting updates to Uniper’s Sustainability Statement text Work closely with various departments and stakeholders throughout the year to gather information, data, and text, ensuring accuracy and completeness

**Your profile**
- University degree in either Sustainability or Environmental Sciences, Energy, Business, Finance, Engineering, or a related field
- Knowledge of CSRD regulations in Germany, EU and the UK as well as other sustainability related policies
- Proven track record in project management in a corporate environment and in operational excellence tools and methods; certification a plus
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines
- Excellent oral and written communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in data handling and reporting
- Fluent in English and German. Any other language is a plus
