Then watch our video: - Human Resources Generalist - Karlsruhe- We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist to provide a full range of HR support to managers and employees across Europe, working with a team of HR generalists and Business Partners. Your work will span many countries, so experience working with multiple nationalities is preferred.- Responsibilities- Day-to-day HR support to employees and their managers across the designated organizations about company policies, programs and processes, rewards, benefits, legal requirements, documentation etc.- - Onboarding and Offboarding of employees - Preparation, administration and filing of contracts, addendums, change letters, certificates etc. HR related documentation. - Data input, output, reporting and analytics to/from our HR systems. - Participation in HR projects and programs in different geographies and business organizations. - Work together with the recruitment team on talent attraction and selection strategies, recruitment and hiring. - Identify and manage performance and disciplinary cases. - Coach and counsel managers and employees on behavioural and soft skills topics. - Continuously monitor, review and optimize HR policies, processes and practices in line with company and legal changes. - Participate in activities in the areas of organizational development, compensation and benefits, performance management, talent development, business transformation- Qualifications and Competencies- - Bachelor’s Degree in a HR-related field or equivalent experience, Master’s Degree is a strong advantage. - 3+ years relevant working experience and proven success in a similar role, preferably in a high growth, changing environment. - Knowledge and experience with employment law, administration and market practices. - A self-starter with a creative and flexible approach to work, with proven ability for adapting to fast-paced and dynamic work environment. - Ability to build a strong reputation by developing relationships with internal and external customers. - Strong communication, coaching and influencing skills, especially in sensitive and conflict situations. - Ability to navigate “grey area” and make effective decisions. - Fluency in German and English - Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook), adept at data analytics.- What we offer- - Challenging and varied tasks in a steadily growing international company - Excellent personal and professional development in a diverse team with a great team spirit - Multicultural environment in a pleasant office location - Flexible working model combining home office/office - Unique employee-centered corporate culture - "Work Hard, Play Hard, Move Fast" Watch Cognex celebrating its 40th Birthday - .
