**Head of Controlling (M/F/d)**: **Your Duties & Responsibilities**: As **Head of Finance** you are responsible for leading all administrative and financial activities at our plant Constantia Ebert in Wiesbaden. You act as a business partner to the General Management of the plant and you are accountable for the operative plant controlling with the goal to continuously drive the improvement of the plant’s results and efficiency. Furthermore, in this role you are responsibel for the provision of accurate finance data, reporting and preparation of the plant's budget as well as for the plant compliance to accounting and financial audit regulations. As Head of Finance you report directly to the VP Finance Cluster West and functionally to the General Management of the plant. Among your daily duties and responsibilities are as well: - Responsibility for the plant’s finance activities and leadership of the local Finance staff - Ongoing KPI measurement and book-keeping according to local accounting and group standards - Monthly reporting, budgeting, cost and deviation analysis - Proactive development and execution of measures to improve results (EBITDA, Cash flow etc.) of the company - External representation of the plant for finance related topics (e.g. audits) - Financial justification of investment proposals - Safeguard Group compliance - Responsible to prepare Capex Statements against budget - Responsible for Sales Controlling of Constantia Ebert - Coordinating local IT-related topics together with FBS (Finance Business Services) **Technical Requirements**: - Bachelors Degree or equivalent in Finance, Accounting, or Controlling plus ~ 5 years of progressive financial/accounting experience in a manufacturing environment - Experience with production controlling - Previous management experience - Experience within a production company would be highly appreciated - Experience within the flexible or rigid packaging industry is an advantage. - Fluent in English (oral and written) as well as German (Basic in writing and speaking) - Strong SAP experience - Strong knowledge in Excel - MS Office or equivalent - Knowhow in IFRS **Personal Requirements**: - Passionate about packaging. - "Can do" mentality. - Hands on mentality - Strong team player - Used to work in international teams. - Good communication skills - Strong Leadership skills - Detail-oriented and strong analytical skills **Your Benefits**: - Access to corporate trainings and courses - Attractive and above market-average remuneration package - Healthcare support - Flexible working hours & the option to work in homeoffice - International career opportunities - Start date: asap - Working hours: Full time - Job location: Wiesbaden (hybrid working model) **Duties & Responsibilities**: **Requirements**: **Offer/Benefits**:
