ABOUT THE POSITION

Die Dimarcon Group ist ein führendes Unternehmen im Bereich B2B Sales Enablement, das innovative Lösungen für unsere internationalen Geschäftskunden entwickelt. Unser Ziel ist es, die Marktführerschaft weiter auszubauen und unsere Position in bestehenden sowie neuen Märkten zu festigen. Dafür suchen wir eine erfahrene und strategisch denkende Persönlichkeit als Head of Marketing (m/w/d) mit fundierter Erfahrung im B2B Sales Bereich.

YOUR TASK

  • Entwicklung und Umsetzung einer umfassenden Marketingstrategie zur Steigerung der Markenbekanntheit und Unterstützung des Vertriebs in den B2B-Märkten.

  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Sales-Team zur Optimierung der Lead-Generierung und Umsatzsteigerung.

  • Analyse und Identifikation von Markttrends und Wettbewerbssituationen, um geeignete Marketingkampagnen zu entwickeln.

  • Leitung und Weiterentwicklung des Marketingteams, einschließlich Budgetplanung und -kontrolle.

  • Implementierung und Überwachung von digitalen Marketingstrategien, einschließlich SEO, SEM, Content Marketing und Social Media.

  • Aufbau und Pflege von starken Beziehungen zu wichtigen Stakeholdern, Partnern und Agenturen.

  • Erstellung von Reports und Präsentationen für das Management zur Darstellung der Marketing-Performance.

YOUR PROFILE

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Marketing, Betriebswirtschaft oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.

  • Mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Marketing mit einem starken Fokus auf B2B Sales.

  • Nachweisbare Erfolge in der Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Marketingstrategien, die direkt zu Umsatzsteigerungen geführt haben.

  • Ausgeprägte Führungsqualitäten und Erfahrung in der Leitung und Motivation von Teams.

  • Hervorragende analytische Fähigkeiten und ein strategisches Denkvermögen.

  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in digitalen Marketing-Tools und -Techniken.

  • Exzellente Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch, weitere Sprachen von Vorteil.

  • Hohe Eigeninitiative, Belastbarkeit und die Fähigkeit, in einem dynamischen Umfeld zu arbeiten.
