Job description: - As a leading designer and manufacturer of collaborative robots in China, ELITE ROBOTS focuses on redesigning industry standards and R&D. At our R&D center in Suzhou, we offer true creativity and innovation as well as the technical know-how to take projects from conception to successful production. ELITE ROBOTS already produces over 10.000 cobots a year. ELITE ROBOTS fully exploits the mechanisms and advantages of collaborative robotics - lightweight and flexible collaborative robots for assembly, machine loading & unloading, material recognition, order picking, stacking and unloading, grinding and polishing. ELITE cobots have also been available in Europe since 2020. In order to set up and expand our European structure, we are looking for young or also experienced talents from the fields of robotics, plant or process planning, automation and all related work areas - regardless of the industry. We are currently looking for: - Regional Sales Manager (M/F/d) Mindset and overall attitude * You feel good and comfortable in a mid-size company with a good overall organization but no * Micromanagement.are focusing on solving problems, not showing them up. * You are highly self-organized and don’t need and don’t want to be lead the whole day. * You are open minded and able to think outside of the box to reach a higher goal. * Don’t use the sentence “I am not in charge for that”. * know that trust and openness is the key factor to be successful. * Agree, that if the points above do not reflect your value, you won’t apply If they suit perfect to your personality, we are looking forward to meet you Tasks in daily business: * Development and Implementation of a regional sales strategy * Responsible for sales goals and quotes in assigned territory * Hunt for new sales opportunities and once qualified/validated introduce them to the local robot distributors - Drive KPIs and action plans to achieve the annual target * Develop countermeasures to get back to budget if behind * Manage opportunity funnel, forecasting and action plans * Canvas, initiate, qualify sales leads, and follow through to ensure a solid sales funnel with distributors * Participate in joint visits with distributor’s sales reps to end-users and integrators * Represent company at trade shows and other professional activities * Develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge of competitive products and their activity in the marketplace. * Willingness to travel up to 50% of time. Your Qualifications: * Studies of business economics, industrial engineering, robotics, or automatization * alternatively appropriate vocational training with working experience >5 years experience in outside sales, preferably with distributors * Previous experience in industrial automation, solution/project sales involving technical products * Strong sense of understanding of the value proposition to end-users * Business acumen that can be applied at different levels of decision makers from senior * management to technical support * Ability to communicate effectively, both oral and written in German and English language, * other languages could be an advantage * Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 What you could expect from us: * Appreciation and Respect at any time * Freedom in your design of work, also regarding place and time * Possibility of Home Office and Remote work * Green Field Option to create your own strong Sales Channel and the opportunity to bring in your own ideas A cold drink to celebrateor at any other time - Art der Stelle: Vollzeit - Gehalt: 5.000,00€ - 8.000,00€ pro Monat Arbeitszeiten: - 8-Stunden-Schicht Ausbildung: - Bachelor (Wünschenswert) **Salary**: 5,000.00€ - 8,000.00€ per month
