Senior Spatial Experience

**Your mission**:
We are seeking a talented Exhibition Designer with a senior profile for Sunst Studio, who can strategically contribute to our ongoing brand activation projects and concept developments, as well as collaborate in creating innovative spaces and objects for brand and retail environments.

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Serve as the creative designer for Schematic Design (SD) and Design Development (DD).
- Conduct research and develop concepts, detail designs, floor plans, and enhance visitor journeys through material research and presentations.
- Support the team in delivering premium experience/brand activation design packages.
- Coordinate with project teams and vendors to realize exhibition and brand activation projects.
- Create and visualize original concepts through mood boards, material palettes, sketches, and effective three-dimensional models.
- Develop project designs from conceptual stages to 2D and 3D presentations.
- Conceive creative concepts to enhance brand strategies and briefs.
- Execute 3D models and renders in close collaboration with design teams.
- Produce concept work using hand sketches or a variety of digital and traditional media to a high standard.
- Lead and coordinate design processes, ensuring alignment and collaboration among team members.

**Your profile**:

- A design-based degree with at least 3-4 years of professional experience in exhibition design, retail, brand, event, or corporate architecture.
- Strong creative and technical skills, with excellent abilities in 3D and rendering software, particularly in SketchUp, Vray and Enscape (additional software knowledge is a plus).
- Proven capabilities in interpreting sketches and transforming them into high-quality visuals and engaging presentations.
- A strong sense of aesthetics, innovative approach to design, and knowledge of materials and products, especially in retail, hospitality, and experiential design.
- Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively.
- Keen interest and knowledge in design, fashion, lifestyle and contemporary culture
