We are hiring for Zoetis Germany GmbH in Berlin a

**CLUSTER SUPPLY CHAIN AND LOGISTICS LEADER (M/F/d)**:
The role of the **Cluster Supply Chain & Logistics Leader** is of critical importance to deliver a state-of-the-art customer experience supporting our corporate vision of maximizing value to the customer and providing outstanding service levels through effective Demand Management and logistics efficiency.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- The Cluster SCL leader will manage a team of demand planners & in-market logistic coordinators supporting the vision and growth ambitions of the Central Europe cluster
- Enhancing the Customer Experience through hand-in-hand partnership with the Commercial teams, ensuring GMS has a robust supply plan, appropriate inventory levels, efficient logistics and distribution solutions in place to match our growth ambition.
- Maintaining a High-Performing Organization by ensuring a diverse, inclusive and collaborative work environment
- To drive forecasting accuracy, optimizing inventory deployment and the cost to serve.
- Lead local and cross-regional initiatives and projects to drive efficiencies, automate and digitalize our processes and improve our end-to-end supply chain activities.
- Implement strategies and plans to improve key drivers of success, monitor cluster performance objective and operational changes, to ensure optimal understanding and support, in alignment with our Global policies &guidelines.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Bachelor’s degree with a specialization in logistics, engineering or management
- APICS, SCL Academy or other Supply Chain Logistics professional accreditation preferred
- 10 years relevant Supply Chain & Logistics experience,preferably in close link with Human or Vet pharma Business.
- 7 years working in an international organization with a fast-evolving environment.
- Excellent organization skills and ability to manage competing priorities.
- Ability to adapt quickly and learn new tasks independently and to be able to manage change with your own team and your stakeholders.
- People management skills (coaching and developing) is essential in this role for fostering and building a high-performing organization.
- Fluency in situational leadership
- Demonstrates resilience during times of change and challenge
- Ability to utilise technology to improve efficiency and performance including advanced knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
- Ability to Travel
