- Interne Begleitung und Koordination von Fusionskontroll
- und Foreign Subsidies-Anmeldungen im Rahmen von M&A-Transaktionen
- Steuerung externer Rechtsanwaltskanzleien
- Weiterentwicklung der Kartellrechts-Compliance durch entsprechende Vorgaben und Schulungen
- Operative rechtliche Beratung im Tagesgeschäft

WAS SIE MITBRINGEN SOLLTEN
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes zweites Staatsexamen
- Einschlägige Berufserfahrung in einer internationalen Wirtschaftskanzlei oder einem international tätigen Großkonzern
- Erfahrung in der Umsetzung von M&A-Transaktionen und Kartellrecht
- Fähigkeit komplexe Sachverhalte zu erfassen und präzise dazulegen
- Verhandlungssichere Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
