In the context of successful planning and to further support our Richemont Customer Service Team at the Munich location, we are looking for a committed, motivated, independent and conscientious: **Team leader (M/F/d) for the area "Dismantling & Case preparation".** Ideally, you already have experience in handling all brands repaired in the Munich Customer Service area. Your main tasks will consist of approximately 50% operational cooperation in the area; in addition, you will be able to adapt to changing conditions and be prepared to compensate for any capacity bottlenecks that may arise by performing your own work. Activities in the operative day-to-day business - Case preparation for all brands according to manufactory specifications, including - Setting of glasses - Gluing of tubes and glasses - Assembling the case as much as possible for subsequent repairs - Repairs to bracelets and cases such as drilling out screws - Disassembling of watches and bracelets of all brands like e.g. - Removal of tubes and glasses - Preparation of the order for the following polishing Organization - Follow-up on core KPI's (quality, lead times, productivity) - Ensure compliance with standards such as 5S and Steam+ - Handling and clarification of anomaly cases - Ensure smooth operations through targeted use of resources Team leadership - Strong focus on employee development through constant feedback - Conducting annual appraisals - Onboarding of new employees - Participation in the hiring process Profile requirements: - Completed industrial training as a watchmaker, goldsmith, precision engineer, or similar with extensive professional experience - Basic experience in leading and developing a team - High degree of dimensional accuracy and precise working methods - Ability to work in a team and reliability - Assertiveness and a high sense of responsibility with a quick grasp of things - Mentoring abilities - Good SAP & MS Office knowledge - Secure knowledge of English, German is a plus Richemont offers you varied positions based in Munich.
