**Working Student HR (M/F/d) for Vantage Towers**

Do you have a strong sense of initiative? Are you open to gaining practical experience around the employee life cycle? Then become part of our HR team as a working student (M/F/d). In your role, you will support us in the creation of our HR SharePoint and the introduction of our new HR newsletter. In addition, you will relieve our business partners in their daily work.

**Your challenges**:

- Together with us, you develop creative ideas for the design and implementation of our HR SharePoint.
- Writing articles for our internal HR newsletter.
- You support the HR business partners in all aspects of the employee life cycle.
- You support the planning and implementation of new organisational structures in change processes as well as in
- and outsourcing measures.
- You demonstrate networking skills through close cooperation with the various teams and provide support for ad hoc requests.
- You create project-related analyses as well as evaluations and statistics for regular reporting.
- You are responsible for the preparation and simplified presentation of complex information in process descriptions and presentations.
- You will have the opportunity to accompany and shape projects from the concept phase to implementation.

**Your qualification**:

- Enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree programme in the field of Human Resources, Business Administration, Economics or similar as well as first practical experience as a working student.
- Willingness to work about 20 hours a week
- Strong IT skills, especially MS-Office
- High IT affinity, initiative and reliability
- Strong Power Point presentation skills
- Very good communication and information skills
- Good English and fluent german skills written and spoken (C1 according to CEFR)
