Working Student for Graphic Design [Part Time, 10h/week]

**BRANDING. VISUAL DESIGN. WEB DESIGN. CREATIVE PROBLEM-SOLVING.**:

- You will develop and assist bold new, emerging designs and enhance existing concepts. As you get a greater understanding of_ _our company and industry, you will provide creative solutions to _sustainability _Carbon Minds and thus improve its visual appearance. _

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Develop & further implement our CI based on existing design guidelines supervised by your creative directress
- Build and evolve brand elements that adhere Carbon Minds’ style guidelines
- Assist design layouts for product decks, presentation slides used by cross-functional teams while under the creative mentorship of your design lead
- *Establish and refine the distinct visual tone of Carbon Minds across our platforms and produce visual assets for social media channels
- Research for website design styles, support the continuous improvement of Carbon Minds’ website by refining both UI/UX
- Work closely with our marketing team & translate concepts into visual materials
- Understand design challenges of team projects and provide creative solutions
- Contribute to brainstorming sessions for innovative ways to create digital/social content

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**

- Communication Design or similar

**Required experience and soft skills**
- *Proficient in common design tools of the Adobe Creative Suite & MS Office
- Up to date in current design trends through market research
- Sharp attention to details and a keen eye for aesthetics
- Visual intelligence as much as knowledge of typography
- Committed to sustainability
- Good communication skills to express ideas and inspirations with other team members

**Language requirements**
- Fluent in German and English
