Internal Communications Team Lead

**Tasks**
- Functional lead of the Internal Communications team, which maintains Nintendo's European intranet for employees (Nintranet) to ensure that all employees receive clear information about relevant topics
- Developing internal communications strategy and goals, with particular focus on platforms and content types
- Defining future areas for growth as well as KPIs and performance measures to ensure the company's internal communications are successful
- Developing and executing strategic internal and executive communication plans, aligning with the company’s vision and mission
- Supporting company meetings, helping craft messaging and programme through collaboration, speaker preparation and logistics
- Working cross-functionally across teams and in close partnership with key stakeholders like Human Resources, IT and Management to execute communication initiatives from concept to delivery
- Establishing and revising guidelines and procedures for internal communication

**Requirements**:

- Degree in Internal Communications or relevant communications field
- Deep understanding of how successful companies communicate their culture and engage employees
- Experience in leading a team
- Experience in developing long-term vision for internal communication
- Experience with project management
- Very good English language skills; another European language would be beneficial
- Excellent interpersonal and diplomatic skills
- Structured working manner and excellent organisational skills
