**Molecular Designer for Profile Driven Chemistry (all genders)**

**YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIE**S**
- You plan and execute synthetic routes, active experimental work in our state-of-the-art chemical laboratories, evaluation of analytical results and documentation of the outcome plus IP.
- You work in an advanced digital environment, using and driving molecular modelling, data mining, statistics and AI for molecular design, data analysis and decision making to realize maximum impact for our pipeline.
- You work in an outcome-driven, self-organized team of peers and in close interaction with biologists, biochemists, data scientists and other disciplines.

**WHO YOU ARE**
- You are a qualified scientist with a Master’s degree or PhD, bringing strong expertise in chemistry, computational chemistry, data science, or a closely related field.
- You bring a profound knowledge of molecular modelling, cheminformatics and library design. A track record of published work (scientific publications, patents) in the field is highly appreciated.
- You have good understanding of chemical synthesis, SAR analysis, pharmacology, digitalization of chemistry and ideally professional experience in pharmaceutical or agrochemical research.
- You are willing to learn, grow and receive/share feedback withing the team. You inspire the team with optimism & proactivity, and you are keen on driving transformation.

- You are fluent in English, German preferred.
