**Your Profile**:
**Role and Responsibilities**
- Track cosmetics and personal-care trends and present new formulation ideas to the R&D team
- Formulate new innovative products and refining existing ones
- Operate, calibrate, and maintain lab equipment safely according to SOPs
- Prepare and maintain detailed records of experiments, formulations, and documentation, including SOPs, MSDS, COAs, and batch logs
- Conduct stability studies on formulations, analyze results, and record associated data

**Qualifications and Experience**
- Currently pursuing a Master’s in Cosmetic Science, Chemistry, or a related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Fluency in English, both verbal and written
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural startup environment.
- Demonstrates a natural curiosity and proactive problem-solving mindset, continually seeking innovative solutions to challenges.
- Up to two years’ hands-on laboratory experience in cosmetics, coatings, or surfactant formulation preferred
- Familiarity with Design of Experiments (DOE) and quality-management tools is a plus
- Experience with tools for material analysis especially Rheometer, FT-IR, DSC, SEM, TEM, DMA, XRD, Raman Spectrophotometer, etc. are a plus.
