**Job Description**:
**What we are looking for**

**Financial Reporting**
- Prepare and present accurate financial statements in a timely manner
- Provide insights into financial performance, on an ad-hoc basis, to aid in decision-making and strategic planning

**Budgeting and Forecasting**
- Develop, monitor, and update the strategic plan as well as the annual budget in collaboration with department heads and senior management.
- Provide financial projections and analysis to support long-term financial planning and business growth.
- Analyse budget variances and provide recommendations for cost control and optimization.

**Systems and Process Improvement**
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of financial operations.
- Evaluate and recommend financial software solutions to streamline reporting and analysis.

**Qualifications**:
**Your profile**
- Previous experience in Controlling or Investment Banking
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills
- Experience with advanced Excel functions is essential for this role
- Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems; Knowledge of Workday is beneficial
- You thrive in dynamic environments and are able to be an agent of change within and beyond the corporate function
- Fluency in English. German and French are a big plus
