As an Associate Account Director you are responsible for growing existing accounts, developing new accounts and new business and achieving sales targets. You must be motivated and dedicated with a real client focus and the ability to create professional relationships. You must be a very good command of the English language, be able to work in an international organization, and communicate with people in a clear and concise way.

RESPONSIBILITES
- Pro active and responsive day to day communication with clients and prospects;
- Handling of incoming client requests;
- Development and management of accounts and business plans;
- Recruitment of new accounts and new business;
- Pro-active client development and retention;
- Solving critical account situations;
- Managing capacity and feasibility;
- Write account management reports;
- Market development: understand market trends and players;
- Product development: understand new product developments in the company and convert them into new business opportunities.

SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES
- Demonstrate highest level of ability in all aspects of communications (written, oral, listening and expressing ideas);
- Have an excellent problem solving ability;
- Be able to lead and manage multiple, large-scale assignments simultaneously with shifting priorities, deadlines and focus;
- Have strong organizational skills;
- Have the ability to quickly build “long-distance” relationships internally and externally and work across a wide range of cultures and personalities, work well across functions;
- The ability to work both effectively independently and harmoniously with a team.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- A minimum 3 years of sales related experience with demonstrated success
- Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent work experience
- General Market Research Knowledge
