Deine Aufgaben als Sachbearbeiter technische Arbeitsvorbereitung (m/w/d)- Du prüfst aufgebaute Druckdaten auf Einzelnutzen und Gesamtform- Du führst Ausschreibungen und Preisverhandlungen durch- Du bestellst Druckbögen, Digitaldruck und Stanzwerkzeuge, bearbeitest Reklamationen bei fehlerhafter Anlieferung und führst die Rechnungsprüfung durch- Du besprichst dich mit unseren Lieferanten im Bereich Druckbogen - und Stanzwerkzeugbeschaffung u.a. bzgl. Qualität, Service und Termintreue- Du bist Key User im "Artway"- Du beurteilst Verpackungsanfragen auf ihre Herstellbarkeit und gibst gegebenenfalls Alternativvorschläge ab- Du unterstützt bei Bedarf den Zentraleinkauf im Bereich der Druckbogen - und Stanzwerkzeugbeschaffung sowie bei Preisverhandlungen Dein Profil als Sachbearbeiter technische Arbeitsvorbereitung (m/w/d)- Du besitzt eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung zum Packmitteltechnologen gepaart mit langjähriger Berufserfahrung oder einer vergleichbaren Qualifikation- Du schätzt planvolles, ordentliches, prozessorientiertes und eigenverantwortliches Arbeiten- Du bist motiviert, dich auf wechselnde Arbeitssituationen einzustellen und bringst Kommunikationsstärke mit- Du kannst gute Kenntnisse in Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, Artway, SAP (Einkauf) vorweisen- Idealerweise besitzt du Vorkenntnisse rund um das Thema Offsetdruck/Druckvorstufe Deine Benefits bei DS Smith- 30 Tage Urlaub- Betriebliche Altersvorsorge- Mitarbeiterrabatte- Bike Leasing- Vermögenswirksame Leistungen- Urlaubsgeld / Sozialleistungen Wenn du noch Fragen hast, wende Dich gerne an: Hartwig Sieweke HR Specialist +495257 502-139
