We are now looking for a** B2B Commercial Lead **to build our B2B commercial strategy.
**As a B2B Commercial Lead, you will**:
- Build, lead and scale Grover's commercial offering for business customers
- Establish disruptive and efficient processes for negotiating and executing commercial terms with the B2B Sales team for large deals
- Managing B2B demand planning and procurement
- Make sure the B2B business drives strong returns for Grover
- Develop and report on B2B's commercial KPIs
- Expand Grover service offering for Businesses with new potential revenue streams

**We are looking for a passionate B2B Commercial Lead with**:
- Background in Economics, Business (MBA) or similar
- Ideally, 5 -6 years experience within IT, consumer electronics and/or consulting
- Experience and passion for building B2B businesses and developing B2B business models
- Experience developing, leading and deploying company wide projects
- Demonstrated ability in scaling a team and/or driving national or international projects
- Deeply data-driven and analytical mindset with good understanding of financial KPIs
- Great communication skills, flexible mentality and excitement towards new challenges
- Fluency in English (German is a plus and other European languages appreciated)
- Above all, a proactive fast mover and self-learner, prepared to maintain oversight and perspective across a spectrum of projects while building Grover's B2B commercial strategy from scratch. Missing a bullet point or two but you think you have what it takes? We want to hear from you
