**THIS IS THE JOB**
- You take responsibility for the customization of a customer-specific SCRUM framework
- You facilitate meetings, workshops, and help remove roadblocks for agile cross functional teams developing interactive data platform and cockpits.
- You develop and foster the creative mindset in the team to achieve high impact goals.
- You establish a culture of trust in the teams as well as transparency according to the agile framework.
**THIS IS WHAT WE NEED**
- A successfully completed bachelor's / master's degree in computer science, engineering, or a comparable education.
- Several years of experiences as Scrum Master or Product Owner for the implementation of complex IT projects following Agile Frameworks in the life science or pharmaceutical environment.
- Experience in classical project management is an advantage (PMI, PRINCE2, IPMA).
- Experiences in design thinking process is an advantage.
- Good understanding of the agile software development process.
- Excellent teamwork, solution orientation, analytical thinking, problem solving, good communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work in multinational teams with an agile mindset.
- Fluent English is required, good German skills are an advantage.
