**THE TEAM**

We are looking for a People Operations Partner to join our People team on part time basis. Our People team is responsible for providing the best working environment possible for our employees.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**

The role aims to assist and support an established People department with daily operations to ensure the tasks run smoothly.
Your tasks will include:

- Keep our HR information system Personio up to date and check their accuracy.
- Be a contact person within the people team, and handle administrative tasks in the area along the employee lifecycle from onboarding, new hire orientation until separation.
- Assist in developing and executing personnel procedures and policies, providing guidance and interpretation for business operations.
- Create and evaluate surveys and KPIs.

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures.
- Good knowledge of employment/labor laws.
- Comfortable learning new things, technical systems in particular, as needed.
- Business Fluency in English and German language - written and spoken

**NICE TO HAVE**
- Knowledge of working with HRIS system specifically Personio
