**Director of Embedded Systems (M/F/d)**

**Your tasks**:
- Define the embedded systems strategy aligned with the company´s ADAS/AD vision and objectives
- Manage and guide cross-functional teams, ensuring delivery of high-quality, scalable and reliable embedded solutions
- Build and nurture relationships with suppliers, ensuring collaboration and alignment on technology and project goals
- Oversee the development lifecycle of embedded systems, including requirements analysis, architecture design, coding, testing and validation
- Ensure compliance with automotive standards such as ASPICE, ISO 26262 and AUTOSAR
- Lead efforts to optimize system performance, including hardware/software integration, real-time processing and power efficiency
- Drive root cause analysis and troubleshooting for system failures and performance issues
- Act as the primary technical interface with suppliers, ensuring alignment on product specifications, timelines and deliverables
**Your profile**:
- Master´s degree in Electronics, Engineering, Computer Science, Automotive or related field
- +10 years of experience in embedded systems development, including at least 5 years in leadership roles
- Strong background in ADAS technologies and system-level
- Hands-on experience with embedded software development (C/C++, QNX, Linux, RTOS, AUTOSAR) and hardware platforms
- Deep understanding of automotive standards and regulations, including ASPICE and ISO 26262
- Strong project management skills, including resource planning, budgeting and risk assessment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to lead teams and collaborate with stakeholders
- Fluent in English
