- act as a focal point for ESRD towards all involved stakeholders (in ESRD, but also material support, industry, procurement, PSO) for the civil perimeter
- analyze items with poor TAT performance, define root causes, set-up and manage action plans for external and internal repairs
- ensure repair readiness for new items and optimize repair readiness for existing items, supporting repair development planning and priority setting
- ensure on-time delivery of critical parts and resolving customer complaints
- are responsible for the challenging & monitoring costs (including risks & opportunities)
