**How you are part of our success story**:

- Employing great communication skills through actively listening, inspiring, project confidence, and overcome objections
- You are comfortable with using a lot the phone and have calls as your main communication channel helping our customers (business travelers) through the booking journey
- You believe you have talent for negotiations and want to become expert in this
- Thereby, you act as an advisor to our customers and guide them, for example, in their search for the right apartment
- You qualify potential new leads into opportunities and bookings
- You report on CRM the status of accounts and the related performances
- By selling and converting the apartment requests into bookings you contribute directly to the success of Homelike
- You work closely with corporate requests alongside with the Corporate Sales Manager and the Country Head
- You demonstrate proof consistency and effort within calls and workflow metrics

**What you need to convince us**:

- You are a registered student in Germany
- You have a natural closing-mentality with a customer centric approach
- A high sense of responsibility & self-motivation in addition to a problem-solving mentality is exactly what you bring along
- Your strong communication skills distinguish you
- Ideally, you have first experience in the field of Inside Sales or Customer Success
- You are business fluent in German and English
