**Position**:
We are hiring a **Procurement Specialist** for the procurement team to be based in the office of **Euromed Pharma DACH** in 14979 Großbeeren for immediate start.
Key Responsibilities:
- Vendor Management: Maintain relationships with suppliers, handle inquiries, and assist in the evaluation of supplier performance;
- Prepare and process of purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and adherence to procurement
- & quality policies;
- Ensure all procurement documents are properly filed and archived for audit purposes;
- Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless communication and workflow.
**Requirements**:
Your Qualifications:
- Educational Background: High school diploma or university degree. Additional certifications in procurement or related fields are a plus;
- Experience: At least 2 years in a similar role in the pharmaceutical sector;
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook). Familiarity with SAGE is an advantage;
- Languages: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German and English;
- Personal Attributes: Structured, detail
- and solution-oriented with strong organizational skills
