**Your mission**:
As Expense and Treasury Administrator (M/F/d) you are responsible for the timely execution and accurate processing of travel expense reports for our employees. Your task is to ensure that the relevant tax laws and internal guidelines are complied with. You will also be responsible for handling all cash management activities for Epson Germany (EDG) and the international sites as well as maintaining relationships with local financial institutions.

**What you will do**:

- Processing, checking and booking of travel expense reports for Germany and Austria
- Preparation of payment runs in SAP and in the banking tool
- Reviewing, reconciling and settling employee accounts payable, claiming advance payments if necessary.
- Creation and maintenance of master data for employees in the travel expense tool ('Concur') and SAP
- Arranging payments and coordinating electronic payments for all payments to German, international and intercompany suppliers and customers and preparing the corresponding accounting.
- Ensure correct and timely processing of electronic bank statements and reconciliation with the general ledger
- Preparation of weekly cash flow and report to Epson Europe BV (EEB)

**What we ask for**:

- Commercial education
- Experience in travel expense reporting, preferably in an international organization
- Comprehensive and up-to-date knowledge of income tax law for individuals and companies
- Experience in accounting and posting bank transactions
- Demonstrated sense of responsibility in executing fund transfers, including large amounts of funds
- Demonstrated experience in meeting daily deadlines
- (J-)SOX knowledge is an advantage
- Fluency in written and spoken German
- Ability to communicate in English both verbally and in writing
