- For the department IT-Service we are looking for you at the next possible date as**System Administrator (M/F/d)
**Your primary responsibilities will be to**:
- Support employees on all client related IT issues such as notebooks, printers, smartphones, tablets, etc.- Support enquiries via ticket system / telephone (1st & 2nd level)- Management and further development of mobile device management- Implementation of hardware and software rollouts- Error analysis and troubleshooting- User account management for various systems

**Qualifications**:
- You have completed an apprenticeship as an IT specialist in system integration, a degree in computer science or a comparable qualification.- You have experience in the installation, configuration and troubleshooting of Windows and Linux systems.- You have experience in working with monitoring systems and have good network knowledge- Experience in the following products is advantageous: i-doit (CMDB), VEEAM Backup, Microsoft SCCM, Active Directory, 3CX, VMware, Kaspersky Endpoint Protection- You are familiar with the cloud platforms Microsoft 365 and Amazon Web Services (AWS)- You are reliable and can work independently.- A conscientious approach to work and a sense of responsibility are among your strengths- You have a very good command of written and spoken German (B2) and English
