HEAD OF ACCOUNT RECEIVABLES (F/M/D)

Your Tasks:

- Timely preparation and execution of the accounts receivable monthly and annual accounts receivable work for IONOS accounts receivable, primarily SAP landscape and international companies.
- Management of the accounts receivable management of the international units.
- Management and control of the operational processes of the responsible companies with a focus on ensuring liquidity.
- Preparation of forecasts, KPIs and ad hoc analyses in coordination with the business units.
- Contact for auditors, tax and group accounting.
- Supporting the migration of O2C processes from the SAP environment to INFOR LN as part of a project.
- Development and use of KPIs to control the operational business as well as optimization of the receivables processes in IONOS taking into account the legal regulations and the implemented business processes.
- Creation of reports and provision of control-relevant information for different cross-sectional areas (e.g. Business Systems/Product Management/ Customer Care).

We Appreciate:

- Successfully completed business studies or commercial training.
- Experience in leading smaller teams as well as professional experience in accounting (ideally training as an accountant).
- Experience in handling ERP systems in the field of accounting (ideally SAP industry solution(s) and/or INFOR LN).
- Experience in debtor current accounts desirable. Safe handling of MS-Office (especially Excel).
- Very good knowledge of German and English.
- Strong communication and team skills.
