**Your areas of responsibilities**:

- You will support the Intercompany bookings in SAP for internal and customer orders
- You will independently manage all Brand Ambassador requests and take care of customer communication and sample orders for our Influencer
- Your tasks include the creation of invoices, credit notes and also the organization of returns
- You will support the team in administrative tasks such as the creation of reports and data maintenance in SAP

**Your profile of qualification**:

- You are currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's study in Business Administration or a comparable study
- You have very good English skills
- You have a hands-on mentality and high motivation
- A structured, detail-oriented and independent working style completes your profile
- You have very good knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
