**Your areas of responsibilities**:
- Support the HR Business Partner team in the day-to-day HR business along the entire employee lifecycle
- Participation in the organization of the onboarding process
- Preparation of evaluations and presentation documents
- Support in the preparation of certificates, contracts and references
- Support in various HR projects
- Maintenance of personnel files and master data
- Participation in the improvement of existing HR processes
**Your profile of qualification**:
- Enrolled in bachelor / master studies of business administration or comparable
- Ability to communicate effectively with profound written and oral communication skills in English and German
- Strong analytical and highly organized
- Outgoing and proactive personality
- Proficient with MS Office
