Trader (All Genders) - Base Oils&lubricants

**About the position**:
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced (Senior) Trader (all genders) to join our Base Oils Team. You will play a crucial role in driving our business growth and expanding our client base. You will be responsible for maintaining and developing relationships with existing clients, generating new leads, and exploring new market opportunities. This role involves a blend of sales, business development, and logistics coordination, ensuring that our clients receive top-quality service and products.

**Your tasks**:

- Engaging in proactive client management and development to build long-term relationships
- Conducting market research to identify potential clients and cold calling to introduce our products and services
- Preparing and calculating offers, sending and tracking samples, and managing deal execution from start to finish
- Coordinating export documentation and ensuring smooth logistics for product delivery
- Traveling to meet clients, attend industry conferences, and explore new business opportunities
- Identifying and securing alternative sourcing options, and communicating effectively with suppliers

**Your profile**:

- Experience in B2B sales or sales assistance
- Relevant experience in oil products, petrochemicals, or other commodity markets
- Ability to prepare profit and loss statements for transactions
- Strong written and spoken English and Russian, German and/or Spanish is an advantage
- Knowledge of import-export commodity trade is highly preferred
- Competence in business development and CRM systems is an advantage
