Hankook manufactures innovative, high-performance radial tires in the premium segment for passenger cars, SUVs, off-road vehicles, light trucks, motor homes, trucks, buses and automotive motorsports (circuit/rally) worldwide.
The company invests continuously in research and development in order to always offer its customers the highest quality combined with technological excellence. In five development centers and eight large factories worldwide, Hankook Tire develops and produces tire solutions that are specifically tailored to the requirements and demands of regional markets. In Europe, tire development for local markets and original equipment as specified by leading European vehicle manufacturers takes place at the Hankook Technical Center in Hanover, Germany. Tires are produced, among others, at the company's state-of-the-art European factory in Rácalmás/Hungary, which was inaugurated in 2007 and is being continuously expanded. Currently, around 3,000 employees there produce up to 19 million tires per year for passenger cars, SUVs and light trucks.
The following full-time, permanent position is available immediately in our German sales subsidiary:
**Sales Operation Specialist (m/w/d) (Hankook Reifen Deutschland)**:
**Your Tasks**:
- Processing and manage the incoming orders
- Coordination with our plants for adherence to delivery dates and planning of deliveries
- Creation and review of the transport documents and controlling the E.T.A. data (Sea freight)
- Ensuring the timely delivery and monitoring of orders
- Support of our customer base in close cooperation with the sales representatives
- High service and service orientation as well as pleasure in telephone and written contact with customers
- Creation of statistics (delivery quote etc.)
- Complaint handling and returns management
- Creation of invoices, credit/debit notes in SAP/R3
- Checking inventory differences, monthly closing for SD
**Your Profil**:
- Successfully completed training as a forwarding agent, or a comparable qualification
- At least 3-5 years of work experience in comparable position
- Independent way of working
- Very high customer orientation, strong communication skills as well as a structured, result and team-oriented way of working
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, MS Office and Outlook, SAP/R3 (SD Module)
- Very good spoken and written German and English skills
