- You will build a business unit in strategic and operational R&D leadership including business development in Active Connectivity and Digital Solutions.
- You will lead this business unit as part of the management team together with those responsible for Product Management and Operations
- You will strategically align the business unit as part of the company in terms of strategic impulses for future growth
- You will also provide technical and disciplinary leadership to an interdisciplinary and global team
- You initiate and steer successful and innovative products and are responsible for platform development
- You lead customer projects to identify trends and implement new solutions
- You successfully collaborate with internal and external interfaces worldwide

**YOUR PROFILE**:

- You have a degree with a relevant technical focus such as electrical engineering, information technology or comparable qualification
- Many years of relevant professional experience in the management of a development department
- Industry experience in industrial automation and digital technologies
- Experience in managing large development projects and working in international networks
- Experienced in software development methods
- Very good knowledge of German and English
- Entrepreneurial and innovative way of thinking and working complete your profile
