**Your mission as a**AI Team Lead**is to drive the strategic development and implementation of AI solutions that align with business objectives and create real impact. You'll lead a high-performing team, foster cross-functional collaboration, and champion innovation and automation across the organisation.

**What you'll be doing**
- Lead and grow a high-performing AI Engineering team, fostering collaboration, aligning technical efforts with business goals, and supporting team development and well-being.
- Translate business needs into AI-driven opportunities by partnering closely with Product Management and ensuring strategic alignment across all initiatives.
- Drive execution of cross-functional AI programs, managing stakeholder expectations, clarifying ownership, and championing structured planning and communication.
- Identify and implement automation opportunities, leveraging industry trends and past experience to deliver scalable, forward-thinking solutions.
- Communicate with clarity and influence across technical and non-technical teams, representing AI capabilities in leadership discussions and contributing to company-wide innovation.

- You have worked with LLMs, ideally with strong experience in OpenAI
- You have experience with NodeJs, Javascript, and ideally some experience with Python/AWS services
