EDT is headquartered in Hanover, Germany and is internationally present across all E.ON locations. We are looking for a Service Owner Walk In Center (f/m/d) to join ourE.ON Digital Technology GmbH team. **Responsibilities** Walk In Center You are responsible for our Walk-In Centers, ensuring the E2E-process from Cost Planning to ensuring Satisfied End Users - You work closely with the business product owner and Business stakeholder as well as Process Leads - You help coordinate internal and external partners, for a seemingless experience at our Walk-In Centers - You maintain and improve existing Walk-In Centers (IT Support onsite on the Business location) and secure to deliver an excellent solution and experience for the whole E.ON group - You develop, implement and manage from scratch a concept for End-User Learning Centers to improve the IT knowledge, especially about E.ONs IT self-services for end user - You monitor, steer, administrate, and adapt the budget, planning costs and make sure to allocate them correctly - You ensure the relevant IT processes are up and running at all WICs; including incident and Request management, and many more - You maintain all relevant service integration documentation - Together with Business and internal Stakeholders you develop solutions for (new) requirements - You take care of the stakeholders and the business relationship management - You drive digitization to improve the process and usability for the end user - You coordinate closely with the other Services of Digital Technology in order to further develop the solutions Supplier Steering - Ensuring that internal or external Service Providers meet their contractual operational service and project delivery commitments, as defined in the statements of work or service / operation level agreements - Responsible for managing the service provider to achieve expected outcomes through planning and communicating business demand forecasts, ensuring service capacity is available as required and addressing any defects or failure to deliver to contract, specification, budget and service level - Works closely with Business contacts and other EDT Teams to support the negotiation of delivered Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to the business and ensures that they match with supplier capability and capacity - Understand fully and articulate the scope and extent of the services provided and supported - and what is not supported - to ensure an optimal match between the complex customer needs and IT service capability - Proactively monitors on all service levels, allowing rigorous management of supplier performance and assurance of meeting business SLAs **Profile** - Project Management skills - Service management (ITIL V3 based) experience of minimum 3 years - Strong Ownership mentality - Strong analytical and technical understanding - Ability to work both independently and within a team - Openness to new solutions - Excellent business communication skills in English and German **Benefits** - Company pension scheme and company insurance worldwide - Exclusive employee discounts and subsidized canteen - Family Service (help with finding kinder garden, elder care, holiday entertainment) - 38 h working week and 30 leave days - Home Office Option in consultation with the team - Parental leave for mothers and fathers is perfectly normal - Flex time account and 100% paid travel time including business travel (>50km) in first class by train - Additional benefits for people with a disability - Very good working atmosphere (informal "du", colloquial atmosphere) **Do you have questions?** **What you need to know**: Contract type: Permanent Working time: Part or Full time Company: E.ON Digital Technology GmbH Location: Essen, Berlin, Hannover, Würzburg Function area: IT/Digital
