**Global Margin Management**, as part of the
- **Chief Operation Office (COO)** division, is responsible for the global consolidation and management of collateral to mitigate credit risk, review collateral for eligibility, manage the disputes process, and reconcile portfolios in terms of counterparties and central counterparties. This is to optimize the use of collateral and maximize liquidity.**What you can expect from us**:

- During your
- **12-month trainee program**, you will go through various sub-areas of Collateral Management and get to know them better. This includes the following areas: Margin processing for derivatives, repo lending transactions and for clearing houses as well as portfolio reconciliation.You will work very close to Corporate & Investment Banking and provide support to the Global Markets & Corporate Treasury Sales teams. Thematically, you can expect a wide range of different tasks:
- Collateral management and margining to mitigate counterparty credit risk
- Reconciliation of positions and difference clarification, to implementation of various processes and controls to meet current and planned regulatory requirements
- In addition, you will participate in regulatory relevant projects and help to implement new processes and optimize existing processes

**What we expect from you**:

- Good to very good degree in bachelors or masters degree in (economic) mathematics, statistics, business administration / economics
- Goal-oriented, structured and solution-oriented way of working
- High process affinity and fast comprehension skills
- Distinct analytical skills and structured thinking
- Teamplayer and communicative strength
- Experience with MS-Office products, especially VBA
- Very good written and spoken English, German language skills is an advantage
