Our 2 years trainee program offers opportunities to gain a holistic insight into the pharmaceutical industry and into various functions while developing a strong professional foundation. More specifically, you will contribute to the successful execution of strategic projects within our Corporate Division departments covering among others Finance, Human Resources, Legal & Compliance, Customer Service, Supply Chain and/or Procurement. This program aims to provide you with a fast-paced learning, collaborative and dynamic environment so you can learn about the business operations while developing project management, and problem-solving skills.

**European cross-functional projects**

As part of our Daiichi-Sankyo European Corporate Division (EUCD) Management Trainee Program, you will join the EUCD Excellence team who support our Corporate Division functions to successfully implement their strategic imperatives across Europe. This will offer you the chance to learn and add value to various functional areas. Upon successful completion of the recruitment process you will select a department of specialization in which you will rotate across different positions and projects. At least one assignment will be performed outside the department of specialization to give you cross-functional exposure and broaden your business understanding. Throughout the program, you will have the opportunity to work on diverse exciting cross-functional projects, learn from highly qualified and experienced colleagues and gain great exposure to senior leaders across the company.

**What do you bring**

**Education and Experience**:

- Above average Master's degree in one of the following topics: Finance, Human Resources, Legal & Compliance, Customer Services, Supply Chain or Procurement.
- Qualifications or strong affinity for new technologies such as digital solution, robotic, AI, etc.
- International and intercultural experience gained during studies and/or internships abroad
- Initial work experience through internships, especially in the pharmaceutical industry and/or with a focus on project management, is a plus
- Fluent in English - spoken and written. Additional European language is an advantage.
- Must have unrestricted authorization to work in the European Union.
