Where you’ll be working:
Scope

Responsible for the support and maintenance activities of Intune relating to windows 10 and Mac:

- Staff & Supplier BYOD:

- Support tickets/queries
- Returning BitLocker keys to users
- Maintain the BYOD device compliance policies i.e., min OS Win/Mac version
- Ensure 24hr response (GDPR legal requirement) to any privacy queries
- Windows 10 policy & profiles (51K devices):

- Maintenance of policies
- Testing and change control
- Troubleshooting
- bp Pulse, Retail & future ventures:

- Support tickets/queries
- Maintenance of policies
- Troubleshooting
- General:

- Automation and optimisation of manual duties
- Feedback any design faults or core improvements to MDM (windows 10)
- Collaborative engagement with MDM when approval required
- Intune maintenance of Surface Hub and Meeting room devices
- Intune client health (future activity)
- Support of client patching (client health to allow patching) (future activity)
- AAD device (windows 10 & Mac) object clean up (requires confirmation from bp DS)
- Support of some Intune related components for AAD only configuration/build (future activity)

Skills & Experience
- Self-motivated, professional, polite, good communication skills, experienced, friendly, reliable & organised
- Guidance and training others
- 2 years+ experience working with MS Intune
- 5 years+ experience working with Windows 10
- 2 years+ large organisation(s) with 30,000+ Windows 10 devices
- Strong knowledge of Windows 10
- Knowledge of Mac (desirable)
- Strong knowledge of Intune
- Strong knowledge Windows logs, events, etc.
- Knowledge of Azure AD
- Reporting tools e.g., Graph API, Power BI, etc.
- Windows 10 client health to ensure Intune enrolment and operation
- Client Intune policy and profile processing & evaluation
- Scripting PowerShell
- MS NDES (Network Device Enrolment Service)
- Understanding of Conditional Access & Microsoft Cloud App Security relating to client compliance
- Client enrolment and retirement (manually, Autopilot, etc.)
- Ability to write technical guides, documentation, etc.
- RBAC access management
- Support ticket management
- Governance & Change management
- End user guidance on Intune solutions
- DevOps - Agile & Kanban
