**The Role**
You will research, draft reports, and help prepare documents for our business development department. Being a Deutsche Windtechnik member, you will be learning from our in-house experts and helping clients deliver safe, functional, and best-performed wind farms for the decades to come. As a business development working student, you will be part of a team that develops go-to-market strategies and participates in early communication with our clients. In addition to working closely with your team, you will have the opportunity to interact with other departments within Deutsche Windtechnik AG regularly.
**Your duties and responsibilities**
- Support the Business Development team in daily operation activities
- Research and help develop material (presentations, reports, documents, etc.) for our consulting jobs
- Collect and analyse of technical and commercial aspects of wind farm technology
- Research and evaluate the targeted market potential, help define a go-to-market strategy
- Support organizational development and standardize business development processes
**Qualifications/ Skills/ Requirements**
- Master or Bachelor student, currently enrolled in university (ideally studying wind energy systems, energy processes, and technology, engineering, or business engineering) with a strong focus on quantitative and qualitative analysis
- First experience in the field of sales, project planning, or project management
- Interested in the offshore wind industry and willing to learn
- Excellent MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) skills. Basic Power BI skill is desirable
- Excellent spoken and written English skills, having German skills is a plus
- Strong analysis, decision-making, and critical thinking skills
- Excellent time management, organization, and attention to detail
- You are collaborative and have strong communication skills
