Technology & Operations Strategist (M/F/d)

What you will do
- Develop, maintain and own the Industry strategy plan, focused on Industry Strategy & Project Management
- Conduct regular assessments of industry dynamics, market insights, manufacturing technology landscape, competitive landscape and develop strategy around these trends
- Create SWOT analysis, risk analysis and how the T&O organization needs to adapt to these risks & opportunities
- managing internal stakeholder relationships/networks
- Heading PMO and driving Project Management excellence in total T&O

What you will need
- Masters degree in Business and/or engineering
- Minimum 15 years of working experience in multinational environment
- Good project management skills
- Effective communicator, able to communicate with sr management stakeholders
- Business English language (writing, listening, talking) must, fluency in german language is required
- Experience in semicon industry is required, preferably in tech industry
- Experience in Orgniazational/Industry consultancy is required
