**What You'll Work On**:

- Review and analyze business data and develop reports in Tableau
- Validate and maintain dashboards for different departments and functions
- Collaborate with business users and IT developers to identify process improvement opportunities, and automating workflows
- Perform ad hoc analysis to support strategy discussions and decisions. Proactively identify, design and implement enhancements to existing processes and systems
- Work with complex data connections, including joins, blends, and unions
- Use statistical tools to identify, analyze, and interpret patterns and trends in complex data sets that could be helpful for the diagnosis and prediction
- Ability to translate business requirements into non-technical, lay terms

**What You Bring**:

- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, business finance, business informatics, or a related field
- Have a foundation in relational databases
- Some Experience in BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI or Looker
- Experience or knowledge of SAP ERP platforms is a plus
- Experience with programming languages such as SQL or Python is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple projects and shifting priorities
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- A passion for learning and using technology to solve problems
