**The role**:
As an **Intern **in the Marketing Analytics team, you’ll help us build data driven strategies to acquire and retain customers. You will join a cross-functional team which acts as a key consultant for the 10+ International markets at HelloFresh business. You will be working closely with various teams within our Marketing organization such as CRM, Social, SEA, Programmatic, TV, and Brand. You will support topics relating to data, analytics and help implement data driven marketing methodologies.

**What you’ll do**:

- Learn about Marketing, Marketing technologies, Data and Strategy
- As part of our Berlin-based international Growth Analytics team, you will be providing detailed insights into our business performance to enable data-driven strategic decision making across 10+ countries world-wide
- You will be a sparring partner for a wide range of stakeholders from Growth and marketing and consult them on KPIs and analytic projects.
- Your work will span across creating insights, reporting & visualisation, forecasting, streamlining analysis processes and working on high impact projects.
- You will be utilising various tools,databases and querying/programming languages to access, manipulate and present the data.

**What you’ll bring**:

- Motivated and self driven
- Full time Master’s/Bachelor's student in Business/Management, Statistics, Business Analytics, or any related field
- Highly data-driven mindset and attention to details
- Ability to structure, visualize and solve problems in a fast-moving environment
- Experience on Tableau is plus
