Expert Services - the in-house tech consultancy of E.ON - is looking for a Working Student to join the Account Management team, a key pillar of our Client Success team. You'll be part of a small, powerful team that plays a critical role in shaping how we empower practices and client teams to make our customers successful.

Your Role - meaningful & rewarding
- **
Drive communication**: Help design and implement the strategy for our Account Management Community - including organizing and executing our annual community event.
- ** Keep us aligned**: Join regular leadership calls with account management leads and document key decisions and next steps.
- ** Support development initiatives**: Co-create PowerPoint presentations, support the expansion of our internal account management video library
- ** Co-own our learning experience**: Support the further development, operation, and maintenance our digital learning journey for account management, including work on the underlying platforms and structure as part of our continuous improvement efforts.
- ** Grow the foundation**: Contribute to building and strengthening the account management area within the consultancy by supporting ongoing initiatives and collaborating across the ecosystem.
- Your Profile - authentic & open-minded
- You're enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program - fields like **business, communication, social sciences or project management** are a strong fit, but we're open if you bring the mindset and motivation.
- You have **strong organizational skills**, love structured thinking, and are a **proactive self-starter** who enjoys working independently in complex environments.
- You're comfortable with **high speed, high standards**, and high visibility - we'll treat you like any other team member.
- Fluent in **English** (spoken and written). **German** is a plus.
- Confident working with **PowerPoint, MS Teams, SharePoint, Excel**.
- Experience with **video editing tools or Miro**is a bonus.
