Take off with us We offer exciting projects at our renowned customer Airbus Defence and Space and we are looking for a motivated employee for the position "Internal Control Assessment Specialist" (M/F/d). (Reference number: 0834SU2024ADS) **Your tasks**: - Have an overview about Internal Control and Compliance priorities in the entities of Airbus - Provide support and guidance for process owners in Finance - Track deficiencies in the group - Coordinate on-site review planning, incl. core entities to be checked, timelines, responsibilities etc. and write internal reports. This work will be cross functional and cross division - Ensure through interviews and tests that internal rules, regulations and standards are effectively applied and that the local Top Management manages risks adequately - Formulate recommendations of Internal Controls improvement and advise on the establishment of roadmaps and concrete action plans and deadlines to local Heads of Finance departments - Support the finance departments in the monitoring and progress of action plans related to internal financial control improvement recommendations (coming from Checks or from internal or external audits) - Prepare and provide inputs for regular high-level management meetings - Able to travel within Airbus Home countries **Your profile**: - Completed studies in the field of Business Administration, Finance or a comparable qualification - 3 - 5 years of experience in conducting audits of Finance processes and controls gained either through Internal Audit work for a large organisation or External Audit work with a large Audit firm or a large experience in the accounting and treasury departments - Good technical understanding of business processes and internal accounting and financial control requirements - Ability to assess effectiveness of accounting and financial controls based on experience gained internally or with internal or external audit - Good knowledge of MS-Office - Proficient in German - Fluent in English **We offer you**: - Permanent employment contract - Perspective to be taken over at our customer - Salaries above the general pay scale and incentive compensations (bonus) - Equal pay model - Company pension scheme with employer subsidy - Well-directed training and further education opportunities - Employee recommendation program with attractive compensations (bonus) - Individual and local support and advice - Travel allowance - Assumption of costs for work cloth and health examinations - fleixible working hours and partly home office - Innovative and leading companies like Airbus Operations, Airbus Aerostructures, Airbus Defence & Space, Premium Aerotec, Airbus Helicopters and the aerospace supply industry Interested?
