Head of Finance and Controlling

**Your Contribution**:
- Responsibility for financial planning and forecasting as well as budgeting and (management) reporting
- Ensuring meaningful group controlling, corporate center controlling and legal entity controlling
- Providing effective decision support on key investment proposals and opportunities for strategic initiatives by leading complex analysis and business case modelling
- Identify improvement opportunities and risks for the development of the business
- Acting as sparring partner to the CFO, and as commercial counterpart to all corporate functions as well as SBFs
- Responsibility for financing, credit management, liquidity planning/reporting, cash management, and treasury risk management
**Your Profile**:
- Several years of managerial experience in finance and controlling in a matrixed corporate setting of similar size and complexity
- Proven experience in financial planning and reporting; ideally additional financing/treasury expertise
- Significant and proven Business Partnering experience. Ability to build and cultivate effective relationships with senior executives and stakeholders within the business and the Finance function at a regional and global level
- Superior analytical and problem-solving skills and the ability to interpret trends, identify issues and recommend actions
- Degree in business administration, finance or equivalent;
- Business fluency in German and English
