**Internship in Business Development & Marketing (M/F/d) - Chinese speaker**

If you now like to take on responsibility, then you've come to the right place We want to make a contribution to alleviating the nursing crisis in Germany. We are looking for energetic support for the following tasks:

- Communication and negotiation with cooperation partners
- Development of new strategy and marketing initiatives
- Support in sales, presentation and proposal preparation
- Support in project conception, implementation and management
- Research, analysis and evaluation of new business opportunities
- Create visually appealing content for our website and social media channels

**Qualifications**:

- Relevant bachelor's degree preferred in business administration, marketing or a related field
- Independent, proactive and detail-oriented approach to work
- You have ideally already gained some practical experience in the areas of business development or marketing
- You have an excellent command of (business) Chinese (C2) and written and spoken English (min. C1). Knowledge of German is considered a plus
- You ideally have previous experience in content marketing on Chinese social media platforms (such as Tiktok, Xiaohongshu, etc.)
- Basic understanding of the care industry is an advantage
